Breathe Essential Oil Diffuser Blend is a clarifying blend of essential oils to help with allergies, breathing and sinus issues, colds and flu.

Wonderful blend made for your diffuser. Use at night or daytime in diffuser to help breathe better and feel better. Essential oils change the energy in your rooms and you will notice a huge difference in relaxation, calm and energy within your space.

I use this blend all of the time at night while I sleep. Great for breathing troubles and allergies at night.

Shake well and drop 5-10 drops into ultrasonic essential oil diffuser with water (per directions for diffuser).

Other uses:

• Add a few drops to a warm bath with magnesium flakes and epsom salts.

• Apply directly apply to chest/neck.

• add one drop to a bowl of hot water, put face directly over bowl and inhale steam. Will naturally clear your sinuses and help with congestion. Amazing results and no side effects, all natural.
